EPDSAE (Departmental establishment to Support, Accompany, Educate)

« We requested the intervention of the Institut du Comment for a day dedicated to reception within the Departmental Public Establishment to Support Accompany Educate (EPDSAE). This seminar intended for management teams brought together around a hundred people. It proved to be a stimulating source of inspiration, highlighting the importance of hospitality in laying the foundations for successful support with those affected and their families  as well as for quality and supportive working relationships to retaining professionals. The diversity of approaches and points of view held by the Institut du Comment has encouraged engaged reflection. The animation, both original and rhythmic, led the participants towards proposals for concrete actions, some of which have already seen the light of day. We clearly express our great satisfaction at having contacted the Institut du Comment for this coaching seminar, which allowed us to take a positive look at the practices at work and to explore new perspectives.»

Nadia Ayadi - FCE Région IDF Presidente & CEO d'ABN Conseil

« It was during a conversation that the idea of a conference was born for our national FCE (French Entrepreneuz Women) committee. We did not yet have the precise subject but it was refined as the discussions progressed. Then, I gave way to the talent and professionalism of Dr. Bachelart. The result was beyond expectations. The audience was won over by the quality of the intervention and the relevance of the remarks. A trust granted that will undoubtedly be renewed. »

Jérôme Beaury, Director in Child Protection (CD14 Calvados)

« The real tour de force of Maximilien Bachelart is precisely to propose a new way of access beyond the immutability of the actors and institutions whose strong evolution of the child protection sector paralyzes thought. The actor joins the author in revealing a deep experience whose goal seems to awaken the taste buds of a forgotten common sense. An original meeting that reminds us of the merits of our shortcomings, without judgments, without saving, but with the sole principle of reality.»

«  The Maximilien Bachelart coaching was a real plus for me!

The entrepreneurial path is often strewn with pitfalls and the work we have done together has allowed me to rethink my professional life as a whole and thus obtain a clearer vision of the development of my activity in the future. »

Bérengère Tailleux, CNDPF President 2013-2020

« The question of food, of eating, all of these terms seems to refer to the same reality, and yet each of these words undoubtedly says something different. At the CNDPF Forum in 2019, the reflection focused on the complex subject of "taking care", and in particular on the necessary attention to the physical and mental health of children without which self-esteem cannot be rebuilt, restored. What restoration are we talking about?

It is therefore quite natural that we asked Maximilien Bachelart psychologist, psychotherapist, and passionate about cooking, to intervene with our audience made up of social workers in order to develop this delicate question and this link between food, access to food, cooking and "taking care of yourself and each other. ". To cook is to offer, it is to become an artist, a craftsman... isn't it the same in the helping relationship, in the accompaniment of people... »

« I had the opportunity to work with Maximilien for the implementation of a system on moral and sexual harassment and sexist acts, when I was Quality of Life at Work Manager at France Télévisions. He showed a lot of professionalism, listening and sharing proposals to allow this innovative device to be deployed in good conditions.
Maximilien evolves in many different environments, which allows his services to take into account the reality on the ground. »

« We met Maximilien Bachelart in 2017. Following his spontaneous application, we met him to find out what he wanted to offer us. And we agreed on a series of 6 2-hour courses on the theme "from the care of the soul to the history of contemporary psychotherapies". About twenty students followed this course diligently. They appreciated the pedagogy, the knowledge of Maximilien.

We were unable to continue our collaboration the following year for scheduling reasons. Also, we have agreed to offer our students a conference on the theme "Manipulation, Fake News, Conspiracy: the mechanisms at work". 106 people were present to listen to this speech and interact with Maximilien. Our students appreciated this service.

It is with pleasure that we will work with Maximilien again for a conference or a series of courses.

His benevolence, his humility, his pedagogy, his charisma are undeniable assets.

See you soon, Maximilien, within our inter-ages University ! »

Tahir Ozakkas, Psychiatry departement of Istanbul University & director of Psychotherapy Institute  (Psikoterapi Enstitüsü) of Bayramoglu.

« Dear reader,

You have another magnificent piece of work in your hands. It was our publishing house's fortune to publish this book, which we published under the name of "INTEGRATİVE APPROACH IN PSYCHOTHERAPY ", which describes the integrative approach in psychotherapy and was prepared for the use of psychotherapists, by our dear friend and colleague Maximilien Bachelart from France.

I met my dear Maximilien at the SEPI Congresses. Itself; He was a valuable scientist who stood out in every congress as a young scientist, curious, passionate and diligent towards his goals. By strengthening our communication with him as much as possible, I invited him to the National Integrative Psychotherapy Congress in Turkey. He did not break our invitation. He accepted our invitation and gave a speech at the National Integrative Psychotherapy Congress in Turkey. As it can be understood from our conversations with him and from the content of the book, it was a matter that upset him that the Integrative Psychotherapy trend in France was not a focus of attention enough compared to other European countries and North America.

This book was published in France and then we wanted to publish it in Turkish. Most of our publications were of American origin. The heart desires; Let's translate many source books from France, Germany, Italy and Spain into Turkish. This was hardly possible. I hope that this book will be the first to transfer the contact of different languages and scientific psychology resources to Turkish in this sense.

While reading the book, you will be faced with a magnificent depth, a wonderful integration and pages that flow like water.

The book consists of three main parts . In the first part, psychotherapies and integration, related definitions, models and explanations are given. The first part is analyzed in three sub-sections, in this sub-section the history of integrative psychotherapy, the relationship between therapies, and historical processes are wonderfully conveyed and presented from different perspectives. Dear Maximilien understandably subjected a new perspective to a new integration that we could not see in other general textbooks describing other integrative psychotherapies . He put forward a detailed view that examines him philosophically in the background. He described different types and models of integration. In the next section; He wrote the section on the problematic of why integration is necessary , which presents a logical wholeness based on both scientific and philosophical and his own subjective experience .

In the second part of the book, the emergence of the founders of the four main integrative currents entered the history of integration through its means. From psychoanalysis to psychotherapies, he dealt with the processes that started with Freud and developed with Freud's ideas. He made a nice evaluation in such a broad perspective that; He was able to combine the story that started with Freud with EMDR and then kindly criticized the way psychotherapy theories became a trademark.

What I consider to be one of the most important parts of the book is the depth in the second part of the second part. He exhibited a unique approach style by revealing a deep understanding that there is a philosophical background behind every theory. There is no theory that does not have a philosophical stance, a perception of the world, an ideological perspective behind it.

The author has deftly delved into these issues, addressing the positions inherent in his own rules on the background of various different therapeutic theories or approaches. He evaluated this process from this perspective , both the maintenance of the therapeutic relationship , the mutual interaction between the inner world of the therapist and the inner world of the client.

In the third part of the second part, he designed integrative approaches and models in a very masterful way, brought them together, and dealt with them in the context of classically known technical eclecticism, theoretical integration, assimilative integration and common factors, and revealed the relationships between them very clearly.

In the third part, the author, who again deals with the subject in a philosophical depth, touched on the social, philosophical, theoretical and clinical problems of integration, and in the first part, he tried to reveal his own disappointment and causality regarding his country as why there is still no French integration history. I hope that these studies of Maximilien will create a dominance effect in France and become a triggering factor for the spread of Integrative Psychotherapies, researches on this subject in universities and the rational presentation of the results.

In the second part; In the second part of the third part, the integration of therapeutic models and the risk of a clinical fragmentation, “I wonder if we are atomizing from here ?” He asked his rightful question .

In other words, this can be compared to a structure that states that nation-states are running out of life and are evolving into multinational structures or multinational companies, in accordance with the spirit of the time.

multiplicity of psychotherapies of nation states; due to conflicts of interest and the search for identity; Nation-states of ethnic groups, beliefs, sects and languages can be likened to a sociological reality that is fragmented into smaller atomized pieces. Will integration be possible or will it be completely fragmented? It creates self-assessments with questions about it.

In the third part of the third part, titled 'From an activity to a therapeutic alliance', he tried to integrate his own individual subjective experiences as well as theoretical and institutional approaches. In this section , he discussed and evaluated the effects of therapeutic interventions.

Among the subtitles of this, therapy, therapist, patient and diagnosis are beyond the theoretical view, therapeutic cooperation and different factors, establishing relationships, clinical barriers, the therapist thinks what he should do, the therapist sees what he believes to be a very strong evaluation of subjective and context sensitive issues. passed to the section.

In the last part of the third part, he makes a general evaluation and closes the subject with a style of narration that is intertwined with gastronomy, which states that when the proportions of the ingredients put into the food are combined with the chef's experience, a magnificent meal will come out with the kindness of a cook.

I strongly recommend this magnificent work, which came to Turkey as a breeze from France, to our valuable therapists, clients and anyone who feels the need to understand themselves, and I wish them to read it over and over again.

Best regards.
